Follow these steps to remove the magnetic base on an FB500 to attach the optional Flame Boss Flexible Mounting Arm
1. Hold The FB500 controller with one hand and the magnetic base with the other hand
2. Pull the magnetic base straight off the back of the FB500 by applying slight force
3. Insert the threaded end of the Flame Boss Flexible Mounting Arm into the threaded mount located on the back of the FB500 controller
