Here are the "Temperature Probe Care" recommendations for proper probe care with every Flame Boss® probe. Please note: The plastic tip cover on our meat probes is for your protection. Please remove the tip cover prior to inserting it into the meat. It is best to clean the probes after they have cooled. Be careful to not pull on the probe wire during cleaning.
